OneCommute is seeking an Entry Level account executive with strong communications and some technical skills to sell subscriptions to our commuter solutions on the Salesforce AppExchange. Yeah, you may have never heard of this marketplace but we can quickly bring the right candidate up to speed to sell into Large Companies, Local Government and Commercial Real Estate organization. We have a fantastic install base for you to reference and a pipeline that is exploding.

Proven past success in sales

  • Ability to manage complex & quick sales cycles

Key Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or work experience equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
  • Experience in Business to Business lead generation and technical sales is desired
  • A proven track record of developing strong client relationships a plus
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, Google Apps, and CRM tools such as Salesforce

Job Responsibilities

As the foundation of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for managing all of OneCommute’s outbound lead generation. You will provide sales development support to our team through the development of qualified leads that result in closed-won business.


We are seeking a highly intelligent, consultative sales professional who understands the art of listening to and solving customers’ problems. The role is to introduce businesses to helping resolve issues to help their employees with a new type of benefit.


Your responsibility is to seek out and speak to leads, carefully understand their needs, qualify opportunities, qualify out when necessary, then proceed to proposals with those who are an excellent fit.


  • Prospect potential clients through networking and finding the best way to connect with them
  • Reconnect and build relationships with cold leads and continuously build the pipeline
  • Educate potential clients about the strengths of the OneCommute products
  • Manage all prospective clients and opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring all communications are accurately logged and necessary documents are attached
  • Other duties as needed
